Breastfeeding
Breast feeding has many beneficial to both baby and the mother. Breastfeeding gives your baby the best start. Newborn babies want to feed on demand, usually 8 to 12 times in a 24 hour period for the first two to four weeks. When you’re breastfeeding, it's important to eat a healthy diet of food with a varieties, you should take supplements, vitamins and minerals you need by eating a varied and balanced diet including: fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and foods that provide plenty of  protein, iron  and calcium. You can also take vegetable and fruit juices. Water is a most important constituent of breast milk. Therefore you should be drink at least 10-12 glasses of water every day. From birth to six months is optimal time for breastfeeding. So, every mother should have at least six months breastfeeding.





Baby Bath and Skin Care

Bathing your baby is a special responsibility. Bathing is a very important part of baby care. Here you can see some useful tips of  bathe and skin care.
1. Use baby bathing tub. It is easy and safe for babies.
2. Bath Time should be funny.Give him toys to play  while you bath him.
3. You can keep mild and tear less soap.
4. Kid’s bath water should be about 40 degrees Celsius.
5. You bath your baby in the warmes room.
6. Newborn kid should be bath once in three days.
7. Never leave alone your baby in the bath.
8. Don't bath your baby  immediately after he/she eaten.
9. Avoide bubble baths to newborn baby
10. After bath put the baby on a soft towel.
